East Central Community College welcomes you! The Office of Financial Aid at East Central Community College administers a variety of programs to assist students with the costs of attending college. These programs basically consist of grants, scholarships, student employment, and loans. Applications and other information are available in the ECCC Office of Financial Aid. Additional information is available in the EC Catalog and the ECCC Student Handbook. Contact the financial aid personnel with any specific questions you may have.

Financial Aid Applications and Dates

The priority deadline for applying for financial aid at EC is April 1, 2009. HOWEVER - additional applicants may apply after this date and awards will be given on a first-come, first-seved basis.

Loan Counseling

Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling - Required each academic year for borrowers at East Central Community College

Stafford Loan Exit Counseling - Required for Federal Stafford Loan borrowers at East Central Community College who graduate, withdraw, or leave school.

Master Promissory Note - The Direct Loan Master Promissory Note(MPN) is a multi-year promissory note that student borrowers must use when applying for the Federal Direct Stafford Loan.
